D.I. Finds & Fashion-y Proclamations
I go to D.I. on a weekly basis.
Yesterday, I found a way stellar cardigan but when I brought it home it just didn't work with anything in my closet. Meh.
However, D.I. has an exchange policy! (Did you know that?!?) and today I decided to exchange it with a way cute brown skirt and a yellow sweater.
I was way stoked and ran home to work my fashion crime magic!
Alas, I kept thinking about things that would work with my brown skirt that just didn't quite look right on my body.
I was getting super frustrated and negative thoughts began stacking up like pancakes.
And then I just stopped. I shut off my brain and I said to myself:
"I AM BEAUTIFUL AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!!!"
Say it with me:
"I AM BEAUTIFUL AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!!!"
Then I felt SO much better.

ReplyDeleteYEAH!!!! If you get something for say $4, then you can exchange it for something else that is $4!! It was the best discovery of my life!!! :)
